ICE and South Dakota

This is a cold place - was just told it made the top 10 COLDEST CITES in America list! Sioux Falls South Dakota!!

I have no idea - I just know I cant feel my feet right now.

Church services start in a few hours here - gotta get a HOT SHOWER and back into the thermals....
