HOST BABY HOSTING - Host Baby by CD Baby

I am kinda freaking right now because my beloved host baby - that's right HOST BABY has my primary site down on Christmas Eve! I think many of this BLOG's visitors know I am very active with Christmas Music and Christmas Sites all over the web. I have top rated sites that do a lot of traffic. It is not server breaking traffic but it is a lot this time of year.

I went to GregVail.com and found the site dead. I checked Site Meter numbers and can see it died around 6 AM. I called Customer Service at Host Baby and got the out for the Holiday's message. Not a problem cuz I think people should be off for the Holiday's - BUT MY SITE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE! All my Go Daddy Sites are GREAT! My other Host Baby Sites seem fine. BUT GREG VAIL DOT COM does over a thousand pages a day during the holiday's!

The last few years we have hit nearly 25k in December. I had projected an even better Christmas 2010 with the numbers going into this week - until I confirmed it was not my connection 20 minutes ago - all is off and dead.

I have been a HUGE FAN of Host Baby until this moment - dead site for Christmas and no one to talk to.

Let me NOW - go on record and say - Host Baby has issues and is about to loose a very active customer as it has now lost a huge fan! I have a dozen sites on Host Baby, have developed a dozen sties for clients I placed on Host Baby, and have blogged and forum-ed their praises.

Today I say - Shame on you HOST BABY for bad and costly service!
