Too much stuff going on...
Just a late and quick post tonight....
I have been dealing with lots of stuff - contract issues with my label and mentors, session today that was not fun, work issues with friends that need to be addressed, contracting summer gigs, booking players, ongoing chiropractic visits from the accident I had a few months ago, sleep schedules still off from the neck and spin stuff, practicing sax as much as I can, lots of new music to learn and then there is the day to day life issues we all have.
I am tired. I have a long day rehearsal tomorrow for a Spaghetinni Jazz Grill gig this Friday, session to finish, new Easter video to record audio for and assemble, and a web project for a friend that is going way too slow - not to add a dozen web issues I need to address for my sites.
I would say I am a little overwhelmed and not feeling very on top of my game this week. I need to crash and get some rest for now. Long day ahead. Hoping I can start feeling better and get caught up soon. I do think my contract and label stuff is going good and I hope to get on track for a release of Smooth Jazz Classics to radio this summer! That is a big goal and I am praying we can move forward so I can actually start thinking about new CDs again
