I can not believe it has been a month since posting!!

I have been soooo busy and have admitted in the past - regular posts by anybody means things are slow - no post means they died or are buried with work!!

I am alive!

I am too busy!

Quick update. I have been in Virginia, San Fransisco, LA, San Diego and the OC working hard. Had a travel date with David Pack from Ambrosia, gigs in Virginia with Charles Billingsley, concerts with Gloria Trevi at the House of Blues in So Cal, Greg Vail band gigs and concerts, and a host of sideman dates in clubs and churches.

I also started a new radio show. It is on the new Saddleback Church Radio Station - Purpose Driven Radio Connection. You can go check the station out right now. It has been live for just a few weeks now. My show is the Gospel Jazz Radio Show and I am the host. The show is set to begin airing in the next week or 2 and likely on Sunday nights. It is 1 hour a week and I loved doing the first show!!

The format is mostly Instrumental, Gospel Jazz music, with a few Vocal Gospel Artists thrown in. It has a featured artist of the week that is interviewed live, or quoted off the web if I can't get and interview worked out. The music is varied and interesting. The first show had Latin, Funk, Smooth Jazz, World Music, Christian Music, Big Band, and classic Gospel tracks!! Of course there is some Sax, but also Piano, Bass, Guitar and Vocals featured.

The first show is done and being delivered and the air time for the show will be posted as soon as it is available!!

I am very excited about this new opportunity! Saddleback Purpose Driven efforts are always huge and impacting on the entire world! To have an hour to share music I love with listeners on the WWW is awesome!

I will be posting when the site goes live, the show goes live, and when I have the time to get it posted right here.

Now for those that email saying - You need to update more often - I want to remind you-all that the BLOG has a Twitter Update on the right side of the page that always has the latest possible dribble from Greg Vail. You can also follow Greg Vail on Twitter too. I have it hooked up to the phone and often update a tweet a few times a day! The other busy place online is Face Book and I have many pages, tons of pics and updates many times a day there too. Are we friends yet? Want to share pages with your friends??
