HP SUCKS!!
HP SUCKS! I wish that was enough but I must vent AGAIN on the same topic!
My Photosmart C7250 printer was programed by Satan. I know my Magenta is registering out, but wonder how the color ink goes down even while I am printing BLACK ONLY! The print industry needs to be replaced by individuals that are not evil. If I want to make a copy and hit the BLACK COPY button, it says I am out of ink and asks if I want to print BLACK ONLY. Is that not what I just said! I have black ink according to HP. WHY DOES IT NOT LET ME DO WHAT I WHAT AND NEED TO DO??? A few days ago I could hit print and it would ask BLACK ONLY on the computer, then the printer would say it could not print and I had to say BLACK ONLY again on the printer. I thought this 100's of mb's of programing integrated my printer and computer. Sure seems integrated when telling me about the need to go buy overpriced ink!
Now I am late for a rehearsal and trying to print directions. Can I print them BLACK ONLY while I have plenty of black ink?? ANSWER - NO! I can press 'print directions' 10 times and my computer just ignores me. This is angering to say the least. I paid for this printer. Why do they program it to not work or do what I ask it to???
Why does it need color carts to print black? Why do the color levels go down while printing BLACK ONLY? How would one be able to believe the cart is even very low when you know you are not using any color for months at a time? Even the color level thing says this is a 'guess', yet it disables function and makes you install new ink to even function.
My old printer is a color HP 930C. It works no matter what. It will print a color doc with missing colors and go to light gray if the BLACK ink is actually running out. WHY did HP stop good and honest design? WHY is this new, bigger, better printer a piece of garbage? Because American business is becoming a joke and whored of thieves, but I digress.
Any suggestions on a print company that has not decided screwing their customers is fun?? I know Canon is the same and think Epson is too. I just added the old printer and got directions so now can leave for work. WHY DOES HP HAVE TO SUCK SO BAD?????
