Christmas Concerts

Welcome back to the Sax Player Blog. We finished rehearsal last night and start the big Christmas show at Saddleback Church tonight. This is a big production with singers, orchestra, big band, actors dancers and yours truly hanging in the sax section! Tickets are 7 dollars and information is at www.saddleback.com.

I
think the Saddleback Christmas services will be aired on Fox News again this year. That's always a zoo in the stress and production areas, but really cool to see our little church being used in big ways.

This past weekend I got a chance to play a song from my Christmas Hymns CD at Saddleback! That is really cool because I also asked the tech team for video copies and I hope to have them before this Christmas, loaded and right here on the blog!

Busy Busy season! I have to get my little one to school, hit the gym, business lunch, Christmas party details for 3 dates, music found and ready for next weeks Christmas show, and practice my clarinet a bit for the Saddleback Christmas show tonight.

Blessings,

Greg Vail SAXBOY

ps. Christmas Music is on MySpace and FaceBook accessed online - full songs. Just got a message online that a Church Christmas Party ended up with no music, went online and played Christmas Songs right off the web for the party!! Thought that was really cool!
