Sorry for the lack of update here, but I have very busy and that is very good. I hope to have the Mastering money for the new CD in hand by next week and start Mastering! I have a new CD of mixes just picked up yesterday and there are a few little things to change but we are looking at mixing being done! Very exciting.

SO, Monday was Saint Patrick's Day and I spent the day with a great Irish Band, playing in Burbank and San Diego. We had a blast and I got my butt kicked. That music goes by sooooo fast! I was reading, and have to say, felt like I could really use more reading time. I used to be in front of music all the time. This was a test day for me and I passed, but realize I have to get in front of music more often!

Cool thing was playing Irish music in the Irish Pubs on the Irish holiday. It was packed, fun and pretty crazy. I saw some great fights and lots of beautiful people. The other cool thing was the instruments I got to play. I have had people ask if I play the Irish Penny whistle, and I can claim owning but not being able to play one with music in front of me. I can play it for fun but really have no idea what I'm doing. So, I played Piccolo and EWI with my Penny Whistle and Tin Whistle patches all day. It was very cool, very different for me and very fun! The EWI is the electric sax thing that can hook up to any sound module and sound like anything you want it to. It looks a bit like a clarinet in size and fingers a lot like a sax.

Here is a pic of me playing an EWI in a live show a while back. You can't see it really well, but it is a silver and black box thing you blow in and it has buttons where a sax has buttons, but they are touch sensitive and don't move. It can really freak a drunk Irishman out when he hears a penny whistle and sees that thing! LOL...

Easter rehearsals took up most the day yesterday and now off to a private function tonight for really good money!

Thursday starts Easter Services at Saddleback Church, but I ditched a few this year. I will be there Friday Noon and all day Sunday. Here's the liknk if you are a So Cal resident and want to check out Easter at Saddleback.

Add a Wedding on Saturday, new internet session with a few songs to get tracks, 3 new Search Engine Optimization clients and 2 web design clients with updates to finish this week -- WOW. I am working my butt off.

Work is good though. I have been praying for more work so I could get the CD moving again and it looks like Mastering can be scheduled and Pictures and Art Work can start. So, this is all good (if I survive 14 gigs this week!)

--- not complaining  --- just excited the beginning of the years slump is behind me for now.

Back to work! I have to get lots done as you can see so I'm logging off for now. Thanks for dropping in and love your comments and input. Anything you might have to say about the new music is really appreciated too for the web sites and all.

Thanks again. I am truly blessed by you,

Happy Easter!! Try and get to an Easter Service near you and remember, there is a reason this day is celebrated by over a billion people each year!
