Guardala Update
Many of you are aware of my dealings with Dave Guardala and that Guardala stole a lot of money from me over the last half of last year. The big news is in. I have been waiting for confirmation that this might be true and hoping, all year, that Dave Guardala would eventually be taken off the streets and stop stealing from sax players and the music world.
Well, as of this morning, I have been told that Dave Guardala was arrested in Germany last week and is to be extradited to the US to face allegations of fraud and various criminal activities. I will not use this forum for all the details on this story, but I do encourage those interested in following this to visit my Guardala Blog for the latest in the Guardala investigation.
I always knew that a crime spree had a life. It does not go on forever. It will end at some point. I get the FBI updates and the one thing that strikes me is everyone thought they could keep the crime going forever. They didn't realize that they would get caught. You can't keep doing bad stuff and not have it catch up to you at some point. I read 10 stories, all on the site obviously because they were apprehended or sentenced to long term jail time. You read these, week after week, and it looks so obvious. Crime does pay for a season, but then you pay for the rest of your life.
Well, welcome to the rest of your life Mr. Guardala.
