What do sax players do?
I decided I needed a NEWS thread since quick posts are less topical and more random.
I get a lot of emails and questions from people wondering what a professional sax Player does all day if they only work at night for a few hours. I thought I might start trying to answer that question right here and then I could just give a link and answer the question for the last time.
Just an idea to start off here. We Sax Players do have a few short hours every week spent on stage playing for people. It looks very glamorous to most and seems like we have pool time the rest of the week.
What do we do? What do I do? How in the world can a Sax Player with a pretty open schedule be getting 4-5 hours of sleep a night?
